2 x CRM Executive 3- 6 months FTC
Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Please note we are following current public guidelines therefore this role will be home based temporarily.

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, talented and dynamic individual to work as part of our award-winning Digital Team. The role will report into the CRM Assistant Manager and will work with both the digital agency and the digital brand team to create relevant and engaging content primarily across direct marketing channels such as email, app and SMS.
This role exists to implement CRM campaigns to ensure maximum profitability, maximise customer lifetime value strategies and ensure we deliver outstanding results. The successful candidate will deploy CRM programmes and campaigns to drive industry leading customer engagement, journey orchestration and increased personalisation, ensuring customers are exposed to the right message at the right time.
The successful candidate will support the team in defining 'nudge' comms strategies around our key audience segments that encourage incremental orders to site. This is a period of exciting change for the business, where we are investing in introducing a data driven marketing platforms which be key in supporting more targeted and data enriched customer touchpoints that drive pizza sales

As well as the above you will also be responsible for the following
Oversee the build, testing, and scheduling of timely CRM campaigns across all channels including email, app (push notifications, in-app messages and content cards) and any additional channels as relevant.
Use data and technology to deliver a relevant and personalised experience for our customers, increasing customer engagement and driver orders.
Work with internal stakeholders and the creative agency to lead on CRM briefs, input into integrated campaigns, provide feedback and ensure deadlines are met.
Understand how customers interact with both the app and website and create triggered, personalised campaigns to drive sales.
Manage the content calendars, which are communicated to internal teams and franchisees to allow them to plan their local campaigns and be aware of upcoming national communications.
Produce reports on performance of key metrics for campaigns and derive insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements .
Be driven by data and performance, taking responsibility of direct channel performance (delivery, open rate, click-through, app opens, and ROI).
Co-ordinate with the Franchisee CRM Executive on all upcoming national campaigns so both areas work together.
work closely with the Assistant CRM Manager to improve CRM performance through A/B testing, trials, optimisation and analysis to ensure continuous KPI improvements.
Carry out administrative duties such as raising invoices, updating calendars, Service Access Requests, co-ordinating meetings and budget tracking.What we are looking for!
Minimum 2 years within digital marketing experience, ideally in email, app (push notifications, in-app messages and content cards) and SMS marketing
Proficient in the use of a customer engagement platform for omni-channel campaigns such as Adestra, Braze, Salesforce, Airship, etc.
Able to build complex audience lists through typical campaign management tools.
Robust creative skill sets, with a focus of data driven justification of approach.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills, but also able to work by themselves, be proactive and is self-motivated.
Excellent time management/organisation skills – ability to multi-task and stick to tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to strictly follow processes and procedures.
Good analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret results with a view to continuously improving and leveraging for future activity.
Able to attend meetings away from Milton Keynes such as London etc (travel to meetings in London is paid for).
Ideally worked in complex multi-site environments.
QSR experience is ideal, but not essential.
