The role of ERP Lead Consultant is vital in the ongoing development of system capabilities, evolving and driving value utilising technology. It is also instrumental in improving business processes and how they align to AX (standard functionality where possible) and/or providing guidance on when a customised approach is needed. You will aim at uncovering value-add opportunities within the business units which haven't yet been realised. The ERP Lead Consultant role includes managing the team of consultants in requirements gathering, supporting business case proposals, and working closely with other team members to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for the users of AX.

As an ERP Lead Consultant, you will be expected to demonstrate the following:

Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements and documents fit/gap analysis, aligned to business objectives and compliance, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
Demonstrates experience in implementation methodology, understands the key activities and deliverables for internal projects. Documents the system extensions/customizations, integrations and prepares agreed project documentation deliverables. Guide the teams on the project processes, deliverables, undertake solutioning workshops, training, and internal capability building.
Responsible for defining, evaluating and documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Support head of with budgeting, reporting, creation of business impact assessment, with timelines and cost/benefit analysis. Line manages consultants and build a centre of excellence.
Stakeholder management and communication ensuring business users are kept up to date on releases and project status.Our ERP Lead Consultant must have strong knowledge of the following technologies

Minimum 10 years' experience in IT, preferably with a technical background
Minimum of 7 years' experience of Dynamics AX 2012 R3 or similar ERP system
Minimum of 3 years' experience of SQL Server
Ability to translate customer desires & outcomes into high level technical specifications / requirements documents
Delivery focused and customer centric
A high standard of interpersonal and negotiation skills for liaison and management of communications with external suppliers, project stakeholders and usersMust have experience in below AX modules

Advance warehousing in AX:- Finance, Master Planning, Production control, Project management and accounting, PIM, Procurement & Sourcing, PIM, Sales & Marketing, Sales Ledger
