About the role – Sendco
I am currently working with this secondary school based in Buckinghamshire, who are looking to appoint a Sendco to start with them from January 2022. The successful Sendco will join the school on a full-time basis where they will take a lead role on strategic planning, policy development and evaluation of impact in the area of SEND. The Sendco will need to identify students who may be at risk of underachieving for SEND or social, personal or welfare reasons and to work with colleagues to put in place appropriate, effective strategies to meet these identified
