CoreGroup are currently looking for Waking Night support workers in or around the High Wycombe area. 

Experience in the field is not needed due to the training provided.
Driving is preferred but not essential.

Job Description:

This job description outlines only the main duties of the post and you will be required to take responsibility for any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the post;

Complete all appropriate recording formats including Health and Safety checks, service user’s records, medication etc.
Liaise in a positive professional manner with external agencies, and families etc.
Be proactive in working to organisational policies/procedures and report any concerns to supervisor/line manager.
Support service users in all areas of personal care, following individual guidelines.
Support service users in structured activities in line with service user plans.
Recognise changes in service user’s physical, social and emotional well-being and bring this to the attention of your line manager.
Ensure the welfare and development of all service users by providing the highest standards of care and ensuring that appropriate attention is paid to their spiritual, physical, cultural, social, educational and recreational needs in accordance with service user plans.
