An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a successful housing developer and Facilities Management company. You will join their team on a contract basis initially for 6 months. The pay rate is negotiable and an immediate start is available.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

Management of sub-contract packages, materials ordering and procurement
Measurements, valuations and agreement of work sections
Identifying commercial risk and producing feasibility studies
Managing payments, cash flow forecasting and producing final accounts
Attending site and client meetings as required
Reporting to the Commercial Manager

To be successful within this role you will have:

Related degree or time spent in a Quantity Surveyor role
RICS or CIOB chartership
UK driving licence and own car
