My client in High Wycombe is looking for a Zendesk Customer Support Advisor to work with them on an ongoing temporary basis.
You must have proven Zendesk back office experience as you will be required to generate reports.
You will be:
Answering customer queries – Phone calls, email through zendesk.
Tracking complaints to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Previous experience dealing with incoming customer calls.
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
£12 – £14ph
