Labourers are needed for a depo in the Aylesbury HP19 area

The job duties are below

Clearing out void properties and duties will be tasks such as cleaning/clearing of properties
Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties
Remove all old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from customer properties, trim all grassed areas overgrown hedges & sweep all paths
Remove needles, bodily fluids & other contaminated objects (through training given and safety is of the highest importance)
Remove all graffiti and garden rubbish (including rubble & fly tipping)
Deliver and retrieve security keys from/to customers (if needed)
Clean the property to ensure that all floors, all doors, skirting boards, internal windows/frames and kitchens (including units) are clean
Any other tasks as directed by the site manager Please only apply if you have a driving licence (with no drink, drug or insurance related convictions or endorsements from within the last 5 years)- Lesser offences like speeding is ok

The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

CSCS not required but preferred
Overtime will be required on occasions (paid at a higher rate)

Previous experience always preferred but not essential

Candidates will either be given a van or have be teamed up with a colleague in a van (this is most likely as work is normally in teams)

These roles will be made permanent after a successful 13 week probation
