£16.83 an hour PAYE
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, 40 hours a week
We are looking for a Helpdesk Manager to start a Temp Contract role in High Wycombe – this role is potentially a Temp to Perm role.
You will be responsible for the coordination between the team and with the client so you must be able to communicate on all levels. You will be responsible for a number of functions within the Project: a client facing CAFM Helpdesk, providing a logging, allocating and completion process, an administration team, and line management of the Data Assistant.
You will be required to coordinate activities and provide overall management of the Helpdesk, Data, and admin functions ensure the contract runs smoothly and ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met.
Experience required:
*You must have proven working experience as Help Desk Manager within an FM environment.
*Experience of using Maximo (their CAFM program used) is essential
*Experience of working Facilities Management Contracts, planned and Reactive Maintenance
*Able to multi task and work on initiative.
