Purpose of the Role of Business Development Manager – Access Control Systems:

Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable project support team you will have responsibility for growing sales of high spec mechanical and electronic access control solutions within the student accommodation market sector across the UK

Responsibilities of the Role of Business Development Manager – Access Control Systems:

Build relationships at multiple levels within customers including architects, consultants, clients, facilities and security directors to identify new opportunities
Prepare, deliver and win tenders for major projects ranging from £100k to £200k
Hit revenue targets for both new equipment and service contract salesFor the position of Business Development Manager – Access Control Systems, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Must have sold to the student accommodation market sector
Strategic approach to sales
Experience of preparing and delivering bids and tenders
New business development
Initiative and able to work independently
Presentation skills
Must be well presented, ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable

£40,000 – £45,000 base salary, plus 15% bonus
