As the Deputy Admin Lead at Practice Plus Group Diagnostics, Buckinghamshire you will provide a comprehensive administration and receptionist service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
The Deputy Admin Lead will offer a ‘hands-on’ approach to work and is responsible for assisting in the management of an effective, patient centred administration team. They will be responsible for the operation of appointment scheduling / booking tasks as well as any other administrative tasks required for the service to run effectively and efficiently.
You will support the Administration Lead in overall management of the department and will deputise for the Lead in their absence. They will be expected to undertake a role in staff appraisal, evaluation and management.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload.
