Job Summary:

To commence, execute and complete manufacturing operations in a manner that results in the total satisfaction of customer expectations, both internally and externally.

This requires that the jobholder assume key responsibility for the efficiency, effectiveness and safety of the workstation whilst on shift and that the resources made available to them are used to optimum effect.

Job Content:

1. Monitor process inputs and ensure their suitability for the process.

2. Commence, execute and complete manufacturing operations as directed.

3. Monitor and maintain standards of product quality and workstation productivity as directed.

4. Complete and maintain accurate and timely process documentation and records as required by the business.

5. Undertake effective planning and prioritisation of workload wherever necessary.

6. Ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.

7. Understand and operate in line with relevant legislation, Company policy and Company procedures.

8. Build and maintain a positive working relationship between yourself and others, both internally and externally.

9. Maintain the required standards of housekeeping.

10. Support other teams and functions as required by the business.

11. Undertake self-development activities as required by the business.

12. Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by your line manager to meet the business needs.

13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.

Various shift available.

Shift patter: Rotating Days – Nights

Days – Monday: 12.30am – 6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6am – 6pm

Nights – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 6pm – 6am and Thursday: 6pm – 11.30pm

or Monday – Friday – 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am.
