Team Leader – High Wycombe

Permanent, full time

£11.02 per hour

We're now recruiting for a care team leader to join our clients residential care home based in High Wycombe on a permanent contract.

Our client is able to provide a home for 48 residents living with varying degrees of dementia including Alzheimer's. Care staff are trained to levels 2 and 3 in Regulated Quality Framework (QCF) standards in Dementia Care & Awareness and they now require an experienced care team leader to support and lead the care assistants and senior care assistants.

Care Team Leader Duties:

To Supervise and participate in the delivery of care to residents
To lead on the responsibility of residents individual care plans to ensure a person centres approach
To provide leadership and support to the care staff
Responsible for the administration of medication
Liaise directly with families and friends offering them professional and emotional support
Maintain residents dignity and independence at all times

Care Hour/shifts:

Permanent, full time

7:45am-8:15pm

Rate of Pay:

£11.02 per hour

Senior care assistants with previous experience within a care home, NVQ level 3 in health and social care and medication trained are desirable but other candidates will be considered.
