A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Quality Inspector to join a Tier 1 Supplier for the Automotive & Aerospace industry. The role will require travel across two sites in High Wycombe and on the border of Aylesbury.
 
£21,000 – £24,000  DOE + Annual Bonus Scheme + Life Insurance + 23 days holiday (rising each year to 25) plus BH + Health cash plan + Pension Scheme

The primary responsibility for the Quality inspector is to inspect and verify incoming products to ensure conformity to specification and to report to Quality Control Team Leader.

Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities Include:
Inspection of incoming product to ensure conformity to specification including review of supporting documentation
Maintaining records of inspection
Final inspection of customer deliveries prior to despatch/where required
Inspection of stock (product audit) to ensure conformity to specification, identification, traceability, and freedom from contamination/deterioration Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
Supporting other departments with technical queries
 
Quality Inspector Experience / Skills Required:
Knowledge and/or experience in using digital and mechanical measurement equipment
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Proven experience in a prior supplier or customer facing role
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
Experience in an engineering or technical industry advantageous
