Job Title: Sales Agent, temporary ongoing position

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: £18,000-£20,000 basic + commission

Hours of work: 36 hours per week – rotational shift pattern that covers the hours of 9am- 6pm, Monday – Friday.

A fast-paced, busy and large organisation based in the heart of Aylesbury are recruiting for a Telephone Sales Agent to work as part of a lively and friendly team. You will be working with set KPI's and the company offer brilliant rewards, incentive and event days in return.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Working in a team to achieve sales targets

Taking inbound telephone calls and provide quotes on various insurance products

Outbound calls speaking with customers about their existing insurance policy

Providing customers with quotations

Maintain customer records and take telephone payments

Ensuring you're kept up to date on the latest products available

Skills:

Must have a good telephone manner and the ability to read from a script

Must be punctual and able to work against strict rules and procedures

The ideal candidate will be able to work within a group, however it's important that they can work alone comfortably.
