We're working with a unique company providing extensive accommodation at the cheapest prices across some of the UK's biggest cities. This role would be similar to your average lettings position though you would be working on large multiple occupancy buildings, and managing all your own clients 360 degrees from showing properties to agreeing rental and confirming rental agreements.

Whilst fast paced and varied, the position offers a great and achievable OTE OF £40K, and a company car likely to be a BMW 1 series or A3 for personal and business use, with all expenses for business travel paid. The role would be field based and applicants have to be happy working from home and regularly in the field.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking for a sales/property career, working with a business that operates across the UK. You will have at least 1-2 years' experience working in the property sales/lettings arena, or come from a background at a housing association and a commercial attitude.

The successful candidate will ideally be based between London and Birmingham in the Bedfordshire/Northants region, so anywhere such as Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Stevenage can be considered.
