Goldman & Fine Group has an excellent opportunity for a Home Care Assistant in the Aylesbury area, with excellent opportunities and future career prospects (4547) HOURLY RATE NOT SET YET

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

* Supporting the resident with personal care

* Managing medical conditions that can include dementia, stroke and incontinence, administering medication

* Moving and handling involvement

* Ensuring dietary requirements are taken into consideration

* Supporting the resident in maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation

* Encouraging a healthier lifestyle

* Support/care planning

* Carry out risk assessments when necessary

* Confidentiality and adhere to GDPR

* To adhere to all company policies

Applicants must have:

* DBS certificate

* A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and social care

* Clean driving license preferred

* Good communication and listening skills

* Passion for providing the best for clients

* Promote excellent client relationships

* A polite, respectful and compassionate approach
