Page Personnel are delighted to work alongside a well known business in Milton Keynes who are looking for someone to join their vibrant Finance team as a Finance Assistant and progress within the business.
Description
The successful Finance Assistant will have the main duties:
– Raising sales invoices
– Reviewing aged debtors and resolving customer account queries
– Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations
– Processing purchase invoices
– Processing staff expenses
– Supporting with month and year end accruals, prepayments and journals
Profile
The successful Finance Assistant:
– Previous experience within a finance role is preferable
– Able to use initiative and meet deadlines effectively
– Excellent attention to detail
– Good IT skills in Word/Excel and Outlook
– Have the drive to succeed and progress within role
