Culture Recruitment are pleased to be working with a specialist interior fit out business who are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to take their customers on a new and exciting journey.
We are looking for someone with proven account management and new business success, selling to C-suite and Senior Management with the ability to engage with all potential influencers within multifaceted businesses at every opportunity.
The ideal location for this role would be between South Midlands and North London (Northampton, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Bedford, Oxford, Luton)
The role will also include the following responsibilities:
Identify and develop opportunities across the UK with both existing customers and new
With a consultative approach, engage and manage all opportunities to design phase
Develop and effectively manage your pipeline of work to a close
To achieve sales targets set out and agreed with the business
To demonstrate effective and self-sufficient time / diary management
Offer a first in class customer service to all customers
To be responsible for pipeline forecasts and delivering reports to upper management
As mentioned, we are looking for someone who has proven success within an account management and new business role who can influence and bring new and existing customers on a new journey with this business. This person would need to be a solution sales person with a flair for innovation and design.

Salary range c. £40-£50K + bonus + company car or car allowance + benefits
