Sales Order Administrator
Our client is a global leader in electronic key and locker management solutions, they are an award-winning company and growing from strength to strength. A great opportunity has arisen within their fast-paced Sales Team, to support the ever-growing maintenance within company.
As a Sales Order Administrator will be responsible for sales order processing, invoicing, and shipping of product.
This is an interim position for 18 months.
Tasks
* Understand the processes required to support the full sales order processing function of following product types: – Key Cabinets – Lockers – Spares.
* Enter order details onto the ERP system, taking technical details from quotations, identifying queries, and relaying the information to production.
* Using templates to ensure correct products are picked for the manufactured items.
* Understand the products, pricing, and discounting structures.
* Raise customer invoices giving discounts and charging VAT appropriately.
* Raise despatch paperwork for goods to be shipped or installed in the UK.
* Arrange shipping of product via UPS as well as Kuehne & Nagel portal.
* Set up and maintain customer account details.
* Answer customer and distributor calls relating to orders and invoicing queries.
* Processing purchase orders including other types of products
* Perform other reasonable duties as required and directed by the Export and Despatch Manager /Supervisor Order Entry Team.

* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Previous history of customer services / general office duties.
Package
Salary – £20,000 – £21,000 + Bi-annual discretionary bonus
Hours – 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday
Location – Olney
Pension – Company pension scheme 5%
Holiday allowance – 25 days holiday + bank holidays + ex-gratia day for Christmas Eve
