Are you an experienced Assistant Project manager looking to grow and change?
Our clients are apart of the ESD joint venture working towards maintaining water supply and waste treatment works within the Scottish Water region. They are seeking a talented assistant Project Manager to join their Delivery Team.

The role will be reporting directly to the Project Manager and responsibilities will include:
Work at maintaining the highest standards of safety
Contributing to the value engineering and buildability of the project
Determination to gain agreement of programmes and methods of construction with Planners and other appropriate production personnel
Marshalling of resources for the overall control and execution of the works including the selection of sub-contractors to carry out the works
Ensuring that key dates, resource requirements, production rates, overhead targets etc., are established, monitored and controlled
Running ECI projects
Support the drive for cost control
Able to manage multiple or larger packages of work
Read & Interpret data, drawings specifications and schedules.
Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple workloads
Adept at interfacing with site team, subcontractors, designer and the client
Strong knowledge of CDM 15
Excellent knowledge of NEC
Commercially Astute
Able to interpret, extract and disseminate works information relating to program of worksExperience Required:
HNC or higher in Civil Engineering
SMSTS
CSCS
Office 365 expertise/CAD
TWC (Preferred)
1st Aid (Preferred)
Relevant Civil Engineering Experience to include pipeline and concrete building works
Experience of M&E works
Previous experience in a delivery role in necessary
A good understanding of water experience is desired but not essential
An electrical background in a similar environment is essential
