Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is representing an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor at our clients well-regarded high street firm based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Our forward-thinking client is offering the role at both at full-time or flexible part-time working, maintaining a hybrid approach to work with scope to work-from home.

The ideal candidate will have around 3 years PQE, however if you have previous residential conveyancing experience then 1-3 years will be considered, so long as you have experience managing/assisting a caseload.

The role will consist of managing your own caseload, joining a department of 2 fee earners and 2 secretaries, The role will involve sales and purchases, leaseholders, shared ownership and other transactions.
