Reporting to the Country Business Director, you will be responsible for:
* The definition, implementation, and successful execution of the Specialised Trade channel strategy in a fast changing environment.
* Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories.
* Manage, lead and motivate a National and Regional Account Management team.
* Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to stakeholders.
* Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of competitive analysis to increase current market share.
* Understand Target Users and accordingly develop and implement channel sales strategy covering product, channel, customer, communication and aftersales support. Readiness to think outside of the box.
* Ability to build solid strategic relationships with customers allowing identification and solving client issues strategically.
* Collaborate with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
