Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM Systems Analyst

Job Description

I am actively recruiting on behalf of a fast paced, financially stable end user client in Hertfordshire, as they look to add to their growing team with an enthusiastic Systems Analyst; with skills in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/ CRM). This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate with a passion for business process analysis and improvement to join an expansive company on a host of interesting projects in 2021 and beyond – mainly centred around their business critical Dynamics 365/ CRM system.

My client has modern offices based in Hertfordshire, and offer flexibility to work from home when not required on site.

Role & Responsibilities

Analysing business and system requirements, mapping out processes, gap-fit analysis, running functional workshops
Working closely with functional and technical teams to push through appropriate system changes and enhancements
CRM customisation & configuration (creating new entities, forms, views)
Managing stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success and system change complianceSkills & Qualifications

A proven track record implementing/ improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM systems
End to end project life cycle skills, with particular strengths in analysis, requirement gathering and process mapping
Strong analytical skills, with a broad business appreciation
CRM customisation & configuration/ MS portals understanding (preferable, not essential)
Confident communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectivelyBenefits
