Service Desk Engineer required to join a busy helpdesk team in Milton Keynes. You will be providing support to a wide range of clients and will have a real passion for problem-solving.
Some of what you will be doing:
* Answering inbound calls
* Loggins tickets
* Providing Level 2 Server, Network and Desktop support
* Diagnosing issues
* Escalating tickets
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
* Previous experience in an L2 Service Desk Role
* Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, and Exchange
* Some experience of Sharepoint and Azure
* Active Directory
* Knowledge of Firewalls, Router, and VPN Technologies
* Some knowledge of VMWare
* It would be great if you had ITIL Foundation
