Quack Recruitment are recruiting for one of the largest suppliers of poultry in the UK who are looking for Factory Operatives in Milton Keynes. The role will turn permanent after 12 weeks.

Transport is provided from Milton Keynes for the Factory Operative role. This role does involve handling raw poultry, with some of the areas being in a chilled environment, however there are departments (for example, packing) for those wanting a less hands-on role.

The transport will continue to run even after you have signed a permanent contract and there are various shift bonuses which inflates the rates of pay allowing you to make even more money! No previous experience is needed, as full training will be given along with an induction which is paid for. We run training and inductions in multiple languages, including Romanian.

You will also be entitled to pension benefits, free on-site parking, and statutory pay providing processes are followed correctly. Various training and courses to excel within the business and increase your hourly rate such as Butchery, with all PPE provided free of charge.

Responsibilities for the Factory Operative role will be:

* To ensure the product is packed to the required standard as detailed in the photographic standards on each line

* To ensure that the product is free from bruising etc

* Cutting the product

Requirements for the Factory Operative role are:

* Must be able to follow site procedures and Food Safety regulations.

Hours for the Factory Operative role are:

Days:

Mon-Fri 6am – 3pm

Nights:

Mon – Fri 10pm – 7am

Pay for the Factory Operative role will be:

Days: £9.09 p/h – £10.79 p/h

Nights: £11.09 p/h
