Architectural Technician/Technologist – Milton Keynes (Accessible by train or car) – up to £38,000 per annum plus package.

An experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist is sought to join a thriving practice in Milton Keynes.

Our clients areas of expertise include Employment (Commerce and Industry) and Residential – (Institutional, Sale and Social) with a strong portfolio of Masterplanning, Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Sports, Recreation and Community projects

Specification

* Experienced Technician/Technologist to work on industrial, commercial and residential projects.

* You will be fluent in Revit, AutoCad and ideally in Microstation.

* Up to speed with UK building legislation.

* You will be capable of taking the lead on working drawings and specification development.

* Able to engage confidently with specialist Consultants and Contractors.

* Knowledge of SketchUp would be desirable.
