Senior Land Manager job in Buckinghamshire

My client is a regional house builder in Buckinghamshire this is currently looking to expand their Land team by recruiting a Senior Land Manager for their head office.

Seeking a Senior Land Manager in the Buckinghamshire region with a proven track record in residential developments working for a house builder. As the successful Senior Land Manager, you will be experienced in land acquisitions across the South East as their developments are spread across South East.

Role & Responsibilities

– Proactively identify land opportunities
– Carry out detailed land appraisals
– Legal agreement negotiations
– Work with senior members of the team to negotiate land values
– Work closely with the Planning and Development teams
– Develop relationships with internal and external parties.

Required Skills & Experience

– Ideally degree qualified (property related), not essential
– Experience in residential developments
– Strong network of land contacts
– Strong negotiation skills
– Commercially aware
– Flexible approach
– Team player
– Self motivated.

What you get back

– Salary £65,000 – £75,000
