An exciting new opportunity has become available for Multi Skilled Operative to work with our client, who is a Waste Management specialist, based in the Milton Keynes area.

Pay rate

£9.40

Shift Pattern

Monday to Saturday 06:00 – 17:00

The Skilled Operative will ensure the safe and efficient control of the recycling baler, Forklift Counterbalance Truck or performing Team Leader duties under the direction of the production supervisor. You will liaise with the sites other departments to ensure that all tasks are performed as effectively as possible, complying with all policies, procedures, instruction and guidance and to the highest Health & Safety standard that the Business strives to achieve.

The ideal skilled operative:

· Previous experience in a similar operational role or environment

· Experience of operating in a production or recycling environment

· High concentration levels and attention to detail

· Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and Fixed Plant certificate

· Good IT and computer operating skills

· Ability to maintain a good standard of administration, cost control and record keeping

· Good knowledge of plant and machinery relevant to waste recycling and recovery”
