We are looking for someone who is hungry and passionate about a career in sales as well as having exceptional communications skills and an abundance of confidence in themselves and their ability.

You must have amazing awareness to spot opportunities, as well as exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Someone who can adapt and learn quickly on the spot and copes well under pressure.

Job Role

* 180 or 360 Recruitment Consultants will either be dealing with Clients and/or Candidates on a daily basis

* Discussing job opportunities with doctors

* Creating opportunities with new clients

* Generating new business and delivering an exceptional service to all of our business partners

* Dealing with Senior doctors at Consultant level and often with Medical Directors of an entire NHS Trust in order to close new business deals.
