We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Associate who can work with the heavy load of roles to fill! This desk is super warm… so we need someone with Recruitment experience and who will want to work in the sales recruitment sector paying £26k- £36k OTE based in Burnham but this role will have flexibility to work from home (WFM).

Ideally we are after someone who has worked in MARKETING, PR, SPORTS or ENTERTAINMENT recruitment. This is very important as they are very busy and need someone to hit the ground running!

The Associate will need to have at least 2 years experience in a resourcing capacity or 360 recruitment capacity.

We have a FAB reputation in the industry, the MD is very well networked with some prestigious clients he has brought on. We have different parts to our business that are extra services they offer clients.

What will you be doing:
*Creating inspiring adverts to attract the attention of the right person.
*Generating and building relationships with key clients to really find out how they work and the right type of person for the role.
*Going on client meetings and taking an in-depth job spec
*Face to Face meetings
*Candidate and Client relationship building
*Sourcing candidates and getting them booked in for interviews

What are we looking for?

*Minimum of 2 years' experience as a recruitment consultant.
A keen and enthusiastic individual who will work well on their own as well as in a team environment.
*You should be used to billing around £100k+
*360 Recruiter – though this is not a total new business role due to the warm desk, it is important to have the skills to bring on new clients.
*Confident, fast paced and a go getter!
*Passionate about wanting to work in PR and communications

Employed Basis

* Salary – flexible dependent on experience
* Monthly Commission
* 23 days pro rata including 3 days taken between Christmas and New Year
* 1 months' notice either side
* Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime when required. All consultants can work flexibly and remotely but generally (post COVID-19) we work 2-3 days from the office and 2-3 remotely.
