Job Title: Compliance Trainer (Maternity cover 12 months)

Salary: £32,000 per annum + £9,000 car allowance

Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40-hour week

The company

My client are a highly profitable manufacturing business, operating throughout the UK from several well invested sites. With exciting acquisition ambition, the company have bought a number of complimentary business’s, invested heavily into their existing estate and are expanding rapidly.

The role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trainer to join the team covering a 12 month maternity cover, with a two week handover either side of this contract.

Main responsibilities include:

* Report directly into the Training Coordinator.

* Liaise with several Trainers throughout the business.

* Manage and deliver the compliance training courses including Food Safety, Health & Safety, HACCP and Train the Trainer.

* Highlighting additional training needs across the sites.

* Review feedback from training courses and carry out improvements where required.

* Assist with various online training courses.

The person

Our ideal candidate will be a Highfield registered trainer and will have extensive experience within a food manufacturing environment. You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure and will be extremely organised and methodical.

You will have a proven track record establishing and delivering training across various sites within Health and Safety, Food Safety and Train the Trainer.

Essential Qualifications

* HACCP Level 3

* Food Safety Level 4

* Train the Trainer

* Health and Safety Level 3
