Customer Liaison Support Executive – 3-6 month contract
The Company:
Focus Group Recruitment have the pleasure with working alongside global leading electric charging business. Our client are the UK leaders within their sector. Over the course of 10 years, our customer has established itself as the market leader in electric vehicle charging, providing solutions for EV drivers to charge at home, at work and on the road. On their mission to make charging fast and hassle-free, their charging points have been used over 30 million times to enable around 200 million miles of zero tailpipe emission driving.
The Role:
The overall purpose of the position involves acting as a B2B Customer Liaison Executive and to support booking inspection and engineer appointments. Our client will play a critical role in supporting their ambition to achieve “Net Zero by 2050”. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Centre Manager to make this happen.
This role 40 hours per week and is a 3-6 month Contract with the possibility to extend.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
* Working through an existing B2B Customer Database to identify where Service inspections are required
* Contact B2B Customers and confirm inspection appointment/visits
* Work closely with the commercial installation and field service engineer teams
* Telephone and Email communication
* Systems and MS Excel
* Sales and Administration experience is mandatory
* Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
* Microsoft programme competency, particularly Excel to a high level
* Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders: internal and external
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Support. And MUST have the below skills:
* Strong customer focus and a positive attitude towards working collaboratively.
* Flexible and resilient.
* Experience of working in an agile, target driven environment through multiple communication channels (telephony & digital).
* Able to travel to and from our head office in Milton Keynes.
* Fast learner who embraces change in a positive manner.
An interest in the Electric Vehicles, Automotive, Transport, and Energy markets, low carbon transition and Climate Change would be advantageous.
The Location:
The head office is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire however the role can be home based or split (you will need a strong internet connection and space to work safely in order to deliver the best customer experience) but you MUST be able to commute to the head office as and when needed to be considered for this position.
Salary: Up to £25k (Pro rata) plus great benefits
