Full Job Description
Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team.
This is a temporary role, with possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
You will be required to attend at least two weeks training onsite. You may then be offered a work from home position, but this does depend on the current government Covid guidelines.
You can be asked to work from the call centre or the office at any time.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you must have
Excellent levels of customer service
The ability to handle large amounts of inbound calls
Previous office-based Customer service experience
Good attention to detail
A real can-do attitude and the ability to try to resolve a call first-time round
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to deal with telephone and email enquiries Shifts are based between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and you must be able to travel to Magna Park, Kingston, Milton Keynes.
