Financial Adviser / Financial Planner / IFA / Wealth Manager

Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a qualified Financial Adviser / Financial Planner / IFA / Wealth Manager to join our client near Chesham in Buckinghamshire.

This role is a full time, employed position with the option to work from home or the office.

Role overview:

The purpose of the role is to provide appropriate financial advice provide clients financial advice and make recommendations to clients on how to best meet their goals.

You will be allocated a portfolio of clients and have the flexibility to build your own client bank. All paraplanning and administrative support is provided.

Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services (Pensions, Investments & Savings, Protection)

* Assess each client’s individual circumstances, needs and aspirations and prepare a comprehensive financial plan making recommendations that meet their goals

* Build lasting relationships through trust and nurture the client base

* Ensure best practice, integrating industry developments actively monitoring and researching the market to ensure that knowledge is current

* Keep up to date with financial products and legislation and comply with all industry rules and regulations

About you:

* Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)

* At least 2 years experience in advising – CAS is desirable

* Motivated, friendly and professional

* Excellent knowledge of compliance, TCF, DPA and AML requirements

* Excellent time management skills

* Good attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

* Driving license and own car (essential)

* Competitive basic of up to £55K p/a DOE – OTE in excess of £65K p/a
