And what would your role be?

As Facilities Manager you will have a high level of autonomy, as you will be the lead on all things Estates on the new site.

The job includes the management of maintenance and site contractors, day-to-day health and safety and security. Also, as it is a new site, you will oversee the new facilities, checking on all supplies and contracts.

Due to the health and safety requirements on site, a NEBOSH is required and any hard services experience or work in the industrial and warehouse FM would be fantastic.
