We are recruiting talented individuals to join the team as Customer Service Advisors at the head office of our international client in Milton Keynes.

Salary: Up to £21,500 with an achievable OTE of 25k
Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. 
(This could be flexible for the right candidate – 8.30-5.30 or 7.30-4.30 if needed)

This is a role in which you can make a real difference to customers businesses, by offering a first class customer service and administration/order processing service.

You role as a Customer Service Advisor will be to:

Take ownership and accountability of each call from start to finish
Have experience of working in a high call volume environment 
Manage all admin to support the calls
Have a high level of accuracy and data entry skills 
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be a relationship builder 
Work to KPI's
Be happy and willing to go the extra mile  As well as the competitive salary, this role includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, you'll be working in an outstanding, open plan office, with dedicated breakout areas and free parking.
