We are recruiting talented individuals to join the team as Customer Service Advisors at the head office of our international client in Milton Keynes.
Salary: Up to £21,500 with an achievable OTE of 25k
Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
(This could be flexible for the right candidate – 8.30-5.30 or 7.30-4.30 if needed)
This is a role in which you can make a real difference to customers businesses, by offering a first class customer service and administration/order processing service.
You role as a Customer Service Advisor will be to:
Take ownership and accountability of each call from start to finish
Have experience of working in a high call volume environment
Manage all admin to support the calls
Have a high level of accuracy and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be a relationship builder
Work to KPI's
