Our client, a leader within the Financial Services industry, is currently looking for an Business Quality Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a desire to work within the financial services industry and ideally but not essential have begun/completed their CeMAP studies or would like to study.
This position is to join an extremely fast-paced team therefore the ability to work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for this position
Business Quality Officer Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing a proportion of mortgage, protection and insurance cases
Carrying out quality checks on applications
Ensuring any changes or amendments on files are logged correctly
Produce accurate, clear & concise written correspondence when needed
Organising workloads
Provide feedback on cases submitted
