We are working on a fantastic opportunity within a Global FMCG business who are on the hunt for a new Quality Manager. You will be working with some of the biggest names in the industry so the time to join couldn't be better!

You will be supporting the Group Quality Manager to ensure that the site complies fully within all aspects of Quality i.e. GMP, Environment, Food etc.

*To set site standards in conjunction with the Group Quality Manager and key business stakeholders and ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, Customer & legislative requirements across the group
*To lead and conduct microbiology related, investigations and troubleshooting for the business in conjunction with the site and R&D teams.
*To collate and publish Quality Performance Reports and results at appropriate Management and functional meetings. Contribute and lead where appropriate to drive actions to address any performance issues.
*To proactively support NPD projects, R&D projects, risk assessments and product launches in conjunction with the site team and key stakeholders
*To support the Complaint Assessment Team representing site and troubleshooting.
*To lead the site HACCP Team and provide support and advice

We are looking for candidates who have experience within a Quality Management role within a food business. Someone who is ambitious and wants to progress within the business would be perfect as they are looking for a candidate who is hungry to progress.
