This temporary Outbound Customer Service role is working for a well-established company based in Loudwater. The role will involve outbound customer service calls and you will be responsible for providing a positive customer journey. You will have good telephone-based experience, be used to working to KPIs (around 80 calls a day) and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and an empathetic and supportive manner is essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telephone-based Customer Service.
