Opportunity to work in a dynamic residential children’s home which comprises of 5 purpose-built houses that have 4-6 bedrooms In each and a purpose-built school on site for the children and young people to attend.
The children and young people who reside in the home are between 10 and 19 years, they have LD ,Autism and some complex needs.
Each child / young person is supported using a person-centred approach in a friendly caring environment. You will find this a very rewarding role caring supporting and motivating the children and young people to achieve goals and inspiring them to enhance their health and well-being.
The desired qualification for this role is Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare without this qualification you would only be eligible to work within this setting for a maximum of 2 years
