Working as the Service & Parts Administrator in their Milton Keynes Head Office, you will be working alongside the rest of the Service and Operations team, assisting the service team in processing orders for spares and managing the distribution of these parts from the warehouse as required on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Taking enquiries by phone and email ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered.
Processing customer orders per day using their in house systems
Full responsibility to ensure that transactional process from phone order, despatch and delivery is consistently achieved.
Ensuring that all orders are entered into the system correctly, and delivery dates acknowledged back to the customer or engineers are feasible.
Moving the materials and parts around the warehouse ready for delivery as required
Use of Counter Balanced Fork Lift to move large materials around the warehouse.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience of working in a customer service or parts distribution department ideally but not essential
Experience of taking calls and processing customer orders.
Must be highly organised and always prepared to follow the task through.
Prepared to work the extra hours to ensure the job is complete.
Strong people skills and ability to adapt to dealing with different types of personalities and on a daily basis.
Strong administration skills and is clear and methodical in their daily working routine.
Experience of working with Sales force or Service Genie would be a bonus but not essential
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literate.
Counter Balanced Fork Lift Licence again would be beneficial but training will be provided if not held.
