Graduate Architectural Technologist – High Wycombe | £20,000-£22,000

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Architectural Technologist who has an eye for detail and wants to build their career in a growing architecture practice.

The company we are working with is an award-winning architectural practice that has grown from strength to strength over the last few years and is looking to continue expanding with the appointment of an ambitious Graduate Architectural Technologist.

The practice mainly works in the residential sector on a variety of high-end bespoke homes, domestic properties, listed buildings, and contemporary builds.

To be considered for the Graduate Architectural Technologist role you will need;

* Architectural Technology degree or equivalent.

* Some experience working in an architecture practice will be important. Ideally, you would have completed a year placement or gained some experience post-qualification.

* Superb interpersonal skills.

* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Processes.

* AutoCAD capabilities and ArchiCAD experience would be beneficial.

* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.

* To be comfortable meeting with and liaising with clients/other contractors.
