About the role
Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Recruitment Executive to be responsible for the implementation of internal and external marketing communications for Automotive Training.
Responsibilities include the following:
Plan, implement, lead and report on key digital marketing campaigns across all available platforms on behalf of clients
Write and create content for the different audiences, online channels and create clear "Call to Actions" and user journey's
Engage communities through Email Marketing and Social Media to stimulate and encourage applications to the apprenticeship programme through positive discussion and engagement.
Implementation of the wider marketing plan to deadlines and to budget including newsletters, events, advertising, and ROI reportingWhat do I need to do the role?
You will have previous experience in customer service within an office/corporate environment.
A previous role in Recruitment would be desirable.
What else do I need to know?
This position will primarily be working from home due to the current climate, but a return to the office is imminent. Travel to Warwick will also be involved.
