Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are representing an excellent opportunity for a Will Writer to join an successful firm, in their High Wycombe office.

In this role, the successful candidate you will be expected to have previous experience, you will have high levels of communication skills, excellent attention to detail and if you have probate / POA experience, that is also beneficial – however not required.

You will:
Draft all wills and all relating correspondence to send to the client in readiness.
Have knowledge of will clauses and apply them correctly
Provide support to the lawyer to ensure all client matters are dealt with as quickly as possible
Answering calls from clients when required
Be supporting a fee earner
