I am supporting a lead publisher & greetings card supplier with their search for a Retail Display Planning Team Leader. This role involves leading a team of 4 display planners, who create planograms for national retailers with multiple outlets across the UK. This is an incredible opportunity to develop within an industry leading team.

About the role:

Ensure that display plans are built in card manager in line with current merchandising guidelines and to the best standard, delivered on time & to the brief
To ensure maximum efficiency within the team, prioritising resource based on business need & customer requirements
Utilise market analysis, data insights & competitor reviews to make recommendation to improve performance & maximise sales value
Validate all display plans & floor plans ensuring accuracy before they are released/issued to key stakeholders
Provide second level support to the team: drive improvements, efficiency & best practices across the teamAbout you:

Experience using Card Manager or a similar display planning software
Advanced knowledge of Excel
A good commercial knowledge of UK retail is essential
Experience in a team leader or management position
Excellent communication skills
Retail planning or visual manager experience is preferred
