A house builder are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to manage a number of new build housing projects across Buckinghamshire.

The role:
As an experienced Contracts Manager you will have overall responsibility for the running housing developments. These are a mixture of small and large sites luxry and affordable housing

Based from their Winslow office you will be responsible for the Site Managers/Assistant Site Managers on site.

You will manage the overall build programmes and make sure that site managers complete their sites within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis you will review progress on site and oversee and monitor all build programmes.

You will ensure labour,materials and relevant information and drawings are available in good time with regular monitoring and control meetings.

You will ensure project delivery is in line with the programme.

You will produce a construction health and safety plan and implement waste strategy across all developments.

You will be proactive in the selection of subcontractors.
The Company:
A privately owned Buckinghamshire based house builder. They build traditional affordable housing association as well as open market private housing schemes across the Midlands and build over 160 homes annually. Typical sites range up to a maximum of 30 houses and apartments per development. They build a mixture of private and affordable housing.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Contracts Manager or Buil Manager in a similar house building environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
