Robert Walters are currently looking for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a Manufacturing business in Aylesbury on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator will include, but not be limited to:
– Manage 2 email in boxes (circa (Apply online only) emails per day)
– Download credit card statements
– Put invoices through the system
– Deal with queries
– Supplier statement reconciliation
If you are available to start a new role on short notice (within a couple of weeks) have some accounts experience, and are looking for a part time role, please get in touch.
The role is for 25 hours per week, for a 6 month contract, however there is the potential for something permanent to come from this.
The salary on offer for this Accounts Administrator role is circa £19,500 pro rata depending on experience
