The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high performing Business Operations Team in the UK.
In this role, you will ensure all Value Delivery Centres (VDCs) receive effective support and that UK business operations resources are deployed efficiently and equitably. Using your excellent leadership skills, you will ensure Business Operations activities are fulfilled across all locations, taking a hands-on approach to performing tasks when required.
You will also be responsible for managing our facilities across the South-East and will plan and lead the support of internal projects.
Additionally, you will:
– Effectively triage and prioritise support requests from different VDCs and offices
– Lead the successful integration of business operations of future UK acquisitions
– Lead HSE in relation to facilities management
– Lead GDPR compliance across the organisation
– Drive cost efficiencies through effective processes and team management
About You
To join us as a Senior Manager, you will need:
– At least three years of experience gained in a similar Senior Manager role
– Extensive Facilities Management and HSE expertise and technical training/qualifications
– Proven team leadership and team development skills
– Demonstratable expertise in managing internal customer relations (communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills)
– The ability to deal with confidential information in a discreet and trustworthy manner
– Strong planning and project management skills
– To be proficient in MS productivity suite (Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
– The ability to travel between the UK locations, as required
