This dynamic, multi-national, multi capability healthcare marketing communications company that provides solutions to the Pharma and Biotech sector is looking for an Internal Recruiter with experience of recruiting professionals from within the Medical Communications sector.
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director you will be responsible for identifying and targeting talent for the business both here in the UK and overseas.
A 360 Degree recruitment role you will be responsible for:
* Defining and preparing detailed job descriptions with line managers
* Generating engaging and dynamic recruitment adverts to attract talent,
* Networking within the market place to identify possible candidates using LinkedIn and other networking tools
* Undertaking initial interviews to determine candidates experience , career goals, salary expectations, suitability and culture fit
* Arranging formal interviews with line managers
* Sitting in on formal face to face interviews
* Administering Personality Profiling Assessments and collating results as required.
* Hand holding internal stakeholders through the offer process
* Generating formal offer letters and contracts of employment.
* Maintaining contact with candidates until there start date and hand holding them through their resignation process
* Organising inductions for new starters
* Briefing & managing external recruiters, when appropriate, and ensuring they are delivering a quality service
* Supporting the talent Acquisition teams with Resourcing Projects
* Attending industry exhibitions and other networking events as appropriate
* Building relationships with Universities in relation to graduate recruitment
A high profile, fast paced role they are looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate ALL of the following:
* Recruitment experience gained within the Medical Communications sector is a MUST HAVE.
* Experience of recruiting at a variety of levels from within the Medical Communications sector.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment process
* Strong candidate networking skills

* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to project management multiple recruitment assignments at anyone time
