The opportunity has arisen for a Administrator to join the team in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administration role previously and be confident providing admin support in a busy depot
The Administrator will be expected to and responsible for:
• Taking responsibility for the collation and distribution of information required for any FOIs requested of the revenue team
•Assisting the Area and Office Manager with monitoring and updating of the office compliance folder / compliance calendar weekly.
•Coordinating customer requests to ensure they are kept up to date, with the support of the revenue team, through the Confirm Software System.
•Assist the Area Manager with the updating and monitoring of the automated impressed stock database (training to be provided)
•Ensuring that all records on Confirm are monitored and kept up to date.
•Provide resilience by assist the area scheduler with the programming/ allocation of works in their absence (training to be provided)
•Assist the office manager in keeping staff personal files up to date.
•Assisting operational staff with Admin/ HR issues.
•Take lead on recording staff holidays/ sickness.
•Date stamping and allocating post within the office.
•Scanning and Filing/ archiving documents on a daily/ weekly basis.
•Ensuring the required stationary levels monitored/ maintained.
•Keeping noticeboards up to date with relevant information.
•Other administrative duties as required by the team and commensurate to the level of the post holder.
Administrator will have:
•A level, HNC educated, or equivalent experience including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
•Excellent self-organisation and administration skills
•Proven communication skills
•Understanding of sensitivities when responding to local politicians and key stakeholders
•Good geographical knowledge of local area and the Buckinghamshire road network.
•Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally.
•Ability to work well as part of a team
